Membership Application
Why Join?
Joining a regional or national breed club comes with a multitude of benefits. While voting members are limited to the region, all membership types have access to the following:
- A supportive community of knowledgeable breeders, owners, and judges.
- The ability to participate in club programs such as our juniors program (includes scholarships, mentor pairing, ect)
- The ability to apply and participate in club awards.
- Early access to seminars and training days that may fill (seminars may include a live stream option for those not in the immediate area).
- Access to our monthly educational materials, member brags, and upcoming events.
Members are voted on at Quarterly board meetings. When your application comes through, it goes into the agenda for the next scheduled meeting - which may not be for a few weeks!
Summary of Membership Types
- Voting Membership (Individual) — $35 — Enjoys all club privileges including the right to vote and hold office. This is limited to US residents within Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.
- Voting Membership (Household) — $45 — Two (2) adult members residing in the same household, each eligible to vote and hold office. This is limited to US residents within Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.
- Supporting Membership (Individual) — $35 — Enjoys all club privileges excluding the right to vote and hold office. This membership is for anyone who is a US resident but does not reside in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.
- Supporting Membership (Household) — $45 — Two (2) adult members residing in the same household. Both members enjoy all club privileges excluding the right to vote and hold office. This membership is for anyone who is a US resident but does not reside in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.
- Junior — Free — Open to minors under 18 years of age; a non-voting/non office holding membership which may automatically convert to regular membership at age 18.
- Foreign— $35 — for those individuals who are not U.S. residents (or its territories and possessions). Shall be entitled to all club privileges except voting and office holding.
Have you joined the NSDTRC-USA?
The NSDTRC (USA) is the parent club for NSDTRs. They offer resources, programs, awards, events, and more throughout the US. The NSDTRC-NE and the NSDTRC (USA) work closely together to bring the New England Area various events and opportunities. To find out more and join the club, follow the link below.
