The annual meeting is a fixed day yearly if held in person, the evening of our Fall Specialty event.
If not held in person, the Annual Meeting will be via zoom in Q4.

The BOD will meet in Q2 to accept the nominating committee's slate of candidates and vote on tabled Q1 business.
